Mesa, AZ Mortgage Rates December 3, 2008
Mortgage applications are up since the Fed announced a new stimulus package and is going to be buying mortgage backed securities directly from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Current rates are in the mid 5% range and are expected to stay about there in the near future.
