Arizona Mortgage Rates for April 9 2009
Rates are lower than they have been in a while, are you still sitting on the fence? If it isn't time to get off the fence, it is at least time to start *thinking* of getting off the fence. If you can currently lock in a rate that is lower than 5% on a 30 year fixed rate loan, that is something we haven't seen in quite some time.
And once rates go back up, it may be quite some time -- if ever -- before you ever see it again.
